H1B lottery Acceptance Emails for Masters Cap and Premium have started.

April 12 2016 - It seems from some cases which were filed under Masters Cap and on premium, emails are being sent to confirm that the candidate applicant has made it through the H1B lottery. Note that making it through the lottery or random selection, does not guarantee an approval.  At this point in time only premium emails are being received. Justice Department Published complaints against Defendants on UNNJ cases

April 9 2016 - The UNNJ case is a sting operation by the DHS using a "fake university" called University of Northern New Jersey (UNNJ). USCIS Reaches FY 2017 H-1B Cap Release Date: April 07, 2016 WASHINGTON – U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has reached the congressionally mandated H-1B cap for fiscal year (FY) 2017. USCIS has also received more than the limit of 20,000 H-1B petitions filed under the U.S. advanced degree exemption. April 5 2015 - ICE set up a "fake" school called the University of Northern New Jersey (UNNJ) and ultimately 'trapped' 21 agents from India and China which offered a scheme with UNNJ.
