Whenever you move, you need to file an AR 11 form for change of address. This is mandatory. H1B lottery Acceptance Emails for Masters Cap and Premium have started.

April 12 2016 - It seems from some cases which were filed under Masters Cap and on premium, emails are being sent to confirm that the candidate applicant has made it through the H1B lottery.
