Study shows that more immigration does not equal to more crimes!
July 9 2015 – Lately there has been lots of talk that immigration equals or amounts to more criminal offenses. A study by the Immigration Policy Center shows exactly the contrary. In fact the study clearly shows that “immigrants are less likely to commit serious crimes or be behind bars than the native-born, and high rates of immigration are associated with lower rates of violent crime and property crime.” according to the Policy Center. We agree with this conclusion since most immigrants are law abiding residents or citizens based on our daily interaction with the immigrant communities. Having dealt with thousands of cases, we have noticed that most immigrants are so worried about ‘breaking the law’ that they will make sure they run things by a lawyer before they move forward in any endeavor.
We believe that the fear of immigrants is brought to us mostly by a frenzy media which actually wants to put the blame of all the American policies defects on immigrants rather than looking into the real issues. We call on all American citizens and non citizens to look at the facts instead of just listening to speculations and misrepresented information. If the good Americans look into their hearts they can actually make a fair conclusion on the matter. The conclusion is obvious: Immigrants or Immigration are not synonyms of crimes!
